Specifically, they took my sample and payment for a Widal test without informing me that the results would not be available until the next day . Furthermore, the test results she sent were blurry, and when I called to request a resend, the staff member, told me to wait for two hours, citing busy schedules.
Even when informing her I'm currently in pharmacy to get medication!
