Praise O.★★★★★ — I went to DHL's office at Agbowo, with close proximity to University of Ibadan to send a package. I had hoped to get a quote and make payment. The lady there ignored my request for a while before proceeding to check. When she did check and I asked her how I should proceed to make payment, she said (harshly) and I quote, "why didn't you tell me you want to pay, I have closed the thing." Then I said, what do you mean by you have closed it? She raised her voice at me and I told her she shouldn't raise her voice at me. I proceeded to say that I will take my package elsewhere. She said I should leave if I want to. I told her she was being very rude and I'll make sure to take her name and record the whole event. She mumbled her name and said "Idayat Oluwashina" (hopefully, she didn't fake her name) and that there's nothing I can do to her. She then almost slapped my phone out of my hands and held my shirt. Ultimately, I had to leave the place.
