I placed an order for blackout blinds and drove all the way to their factory to finalise this order. After that, I made payment. I was told it would be ready in 1hr and I was advised to wait. I declined and even made extra payment for delivery. I went back home, and waited for the entire day. Nobody called and nobody knocked on my gate.
I decided to call them and I was told it would not be delivered and that it will be delivered the next day by noon.
Thats the height of irresponsibility and bad customer service. They were even more expensive than every other company I discussed with.
I am regretting this whole scenario. Incompetency at its best!
