When I got their, after paying my normal fee, I still had to pay the typist #500 just for her to edit already existing work and add my name to it. Meanwhile, the government employed her as a typist and she is currently receiving salary for it but she mandates you to pay that or she won't do anything.
Most times, the people who directs you to her will let you know before hand that you have to find her something.
But surprisingly, the last time I visited, that previous typist wasn't in site and the two women Met didn't ask for special tips different although, I know it's been added to the general fee of #3,000 I was charged and will be removed before they submit the money
