From the terrible customer service to book a cake for over an hour To the repeated clarification I needed to provide for the cake design In addition to the cake ordered to be delivered for 9am, finally delivered at 4pm post the event To the icing of the cake, bring a make up cake for us to “manage” at 11:50am and ask us to pay for it. What a “lovely” service post 114.5K spent. Terrible!
