1: They will tell you the benefits(nice chairs e.t.c) you will get for paying for the hall and make you pay for those benefits when your event is close and it's too late to cancel the hall payment.
2: They will collect many caution fees from you and refuse/be reluctant to refund the caution fees when you ask, even when you don't damage their things. They. will give excuse that they used your caution fees to do cleaning.
