The fresh fish peppersoup commences with the customer having to point out the preferred fish from a pond containing numerous fishes, alive & swimming around. Then the preparation of the fish meal commences. Usually the process takes about 45 minutes - one hour. Worth the wait while you take your drinks, I will say. The weekends normally have live music & other entertainments to create a festive atmosphere. Though the facility is massive, but it won't be a bad idea to make a reservation for larger groups to ensure good seating.
