Firstly, the access road leading to the hotel could use some attention, especially considering how challenging it might become during the rainy season. Improving this would make arrival much smoother for guests. In the room, I noticed a few things that could be addressed to increase comfort. Simple pest control measures could go a long way in creating a more relaxing atmosphere. Also, ensuring the air conditioning is consistently functional would greatly improve comfort during warmer days. On the service side, I believe there's room for growth in customer interaction. The front desk staff, for instance, would benefit from additional training to improve professionalism and guest engagement. That said, I truly appreciated the manager’s warm and helpful attitude throughout my stay, it made a meaningful difference. With some renovations and attention to service quality, this hotel has the potential to offer a much more comfortable and pleasant experience for its guests.
