Olusola K.★★★★★ — This happened today, Monday, 27th of October 2025, around 9:45am at the Chicken Republic Ikorodu Agric (NNPC branch), and honestly, I am furious. The level of disrespect and carelessness from your staff is beyond words.
The cashier turned the Softlife card upside down and asked me to pick one. I did only to discover later that the card had already been scratched before it was given to me. What kind of trick is that? When I asked her about it, she said there’s “nothing she can do.” Then she called her manager, and the manager was even ruder, talking carelessly like my complaint meant nothing.
This is not my first time using a Softlife card, I’m not new to it. I’ve used it at several other branches without any problem. So why is this particular branch behaving like customers don’t deserve RESPECT? Why would you scratch a reward card before giving it out? Are you people trying to play on customers’ intelligence?
I spent my money buying food, not begging for anything free. That Softlife card is meant to be a reward, not an insult. The way your staff handled this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
Chicken Republic, fix this branch. Train your staff. Teach them respect and customer service. Because experiences like this make loyal customers lose total trust in your BRAND!!!
