Nika H.★★★★★ — DO NOT BOOK THIS HALL. I made the mistake of booking this hall instead of the Royal Monarch for my wedding on Dec 2024. The Hall was left an absolute mess, stalls were left stinky and dirty with leaking toilet water all over the floor. They did not clean the day before or even the day of. I had to report them just to get them to clean the bathrooms and changing room. The hall was not available for the time I booked my guest were told to wait outside for 2 hours while they were doing some construction. When I alerted the manager of the Hall she was very rude and nasty she didn't care. The manager of the hall are very unprofessional don't make the mistake of booking this place once they have your money they will never give it back. Days before the wedding we were told that everyone regardless of whether they are only there for the event must pay 2000N each for entry. The hall refused to give us a refund despite these changes my guest were left paying 4-10K N, until the gate was eventually locked, and the cooks could not enter. Save yourself a headache and choose a different Hall , don't make the same mistake I made.
