I counted eighteen shop outlets including hypermart, Justrite Supermart, Pep clothing stores, two hair salons, pharmacies, a food court with several outlets, phone accessories retailer, phone retailer, soon to be opened bar & lounge and 3 halls Filmhouse cinemas. There were a few other clothing outlets while a mini amusement park with carousels, slides and see saw are located within the car park to keep the kids busy.
The parking space was large enough to accommodate at least 200 cars on busy days such as festivities and major events.
One major issue observed that made me deduct a star (-⭐) is the inadequate cooling especially at the off-peak time I visited. This aspect should be improved to keep Osun Mall as the premier and preferred entertainment destination in Osogbo and its environs.

If you do proper calculations I can assure you are making loss and that's due to untrained manpower . Sorry to say but worst experience ever had.
