That’s how customer service works. Did you pay for the lamb? Did you taste the lamb? The fair skinned man was very polite and very respectful. That’s customer service. This review isn’t so much to fault the entire restaurant as it is to hold the restaurant accountable for employees having a terrible attitude when it comes to customer service. As a customer, you can choose to spend your money at any restaurant, you don’t have to choose this particular one. But at least the employee who is supposed to be serving you should communicate the appreciation from the restaurant by serving you with respect.

I ordered online about 2 hours before getting there. When I got there my order was ready but I wasn't served the tilapia fish I had ordered instead I was given a cat fish. I complained and they changed it after waiting for another 15 minutes.
When the tea was served, I was given a cracked glass to use 😆 😆 it tasted different from the one I had been enjoying at the other outlet close to ministry of mines and steel. They added too much of a particular spice that swallowed all other spices, no ginger taste in it, I just didn't feel good about it. I was hoping the fish would come out better than the tea and I will be satisfied.
When the fish arrived, the dressing was superb but it didn't taste as sweet as a marinated fish. I felt like causing a scene but I didn't want to embarrass the guest I was with. How can fish be tasting like a yam? Plain without the sweetness that protein is known for. My experience at signature wasn't good so if I have to visit there again, I will stick to the branch close to ministry of mines and steel.

Tell me why our bill was a different price from what we were to pay. You claim it was vat and we said include it into our bill and you refused but I should pay for an excess from what I ate.
I understand paying for Vat but why does your receipt show that I should pay an excess imaginary item and refused to include it in my bill. You’re shady over here, I didn’t want embarrassment and just paid for it but you are all shady and I will never advise anyone to patronize this business.

Management, particularly the manager, Dorcas should be reviewed, as their conduct did not reflect professionalism or proper decorum.
The owner may want to urgently address these issues, as the quality of service does not match the otherwise appealing environment. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
