Mary O.★★★★★ — Gbenga Artsmith is a store I had anticipated would provide a premium level of service in line with the advertised luxury items which I ordered.
Unfortunately, I encountered issues with some of their products, which were faulty, and I returned them promptly. To my dismay, I was informed that I would need to cover the shipping costs for the return—a policy I find quite unreasonable for a premium brand!
I repeatedly reached out via WhatsApp and eventually spoke to a duty manager last Friday. She told me she would 'look into it and get back to me'. The next message I received was "We will deliver to your location soon, ma. We are working on the delivery". There was no acknowledgement of the inconveniences caused whatsoever!
I also sent a detailed email outlining my issues with each ordered item to Gbenga Artsmith's official email address; still got no response!
This is highly disappointing!!
