Some of the staff's customer service on the first floor needs to be improved. After choosing my items, I was asked to sit down to process my order, I sat for almost 20 minutes without attendance, I approached the staff who took my order, she said she handed this to the cashier team, who left it on the stand. After payment, It takes the cashier a while to bag my order after approaching her and expressed my disappointment about their customer service. Some staff apologised half heartedly but the cashier maintained a squeezed face. I was in the shop for over 30 minutes with about 6 other customers, 2 met me there. Not sure I be visiting the shop again. A good customer lost.
