When we needed our water tank filled and we would call him he would tell us he’s here or will be here and never show up. Every single time! When he would show up (bcuz we reported him) he would scream and yell at my husband just because he had to come and open his gate to let the water guy in. I have health issues and he made our stay here very uncomfortable. Sometimes my husband would park our car inside the compound (since we did not trust him) and one morning when my husband was leaving the metal bars that were on the ground to drive across were magically gone 😳and our car went into the rain ditch … he came and looked and walked away. He did not even offer to try to help all our neighbors saw and came and helped my husband to get out. We even had to go to the police for help since he would not let us get our water tank filled. Thank God for the beautiful neighbors! Now 5 months ago he told us rent was going up 200,000 😳 and then he came back and told us we have to leave because he is renovating ( not a problem bcuz we were leaving anyway). Now 5 months later he came over and asked my husband what our plans are for leaving 🤦♀️ which is not his concern. My only thought is, since we legally have 3 months after our lease is over to leave and our place is not ready yet… will this man cause trouble with us ? I’m calling on the name of the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob… my God , Chi anyi send down your heavenly hosts to protect your servants and send down your vengeance upon this evil man if he tries to cause harm to your children again! I wish I knew his name I would tell you all not to rent from him bcuz all of his tenants have problems with him at #8 Dr Jide Chime st In Golf estates he even has event rentals on his own compound, don’t have events from him! I forgive him I have even made him food one time since I felt bad he has no wife and he refused it! We are God fearing people and have no hatred in our hearts towards this man but I do know that the word of God says whoever blesses his people shall be blessed and whosoever curses his people shall be cursed. God told that directly to Moses. Amen hope this helps someone
