- Queen E. ★★★★★ — This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional supplier experiences I have had. I run a business and depend on reliable communication and timely deliveries. It took THREE DAYS just to get a response about my order. After I finally made payment, there was still no confirmation that my order had been processed or shipped. I had to keep chasing for updates with almost no useful response. The bottles were eventually delivered close to 9 PM, which is completely inappropriate for a business delivery especially since I made payment the previous day. To make things worse, the person receiving the delivery on my behalf was asked to pay MORE than my usual agreed price because the initial rider “forgot” the bottles. This kind of last-minute change is unacceptable and puts customers in a very uncomfortable position. There was no proper communication, no clear coordination, and no accountability. The entire process felt disorganized and careless. When you are supplying businesses, this level of service is simply not good enough. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and dependable service, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This experience was exhausting and disrupted my operations.
