- Kolawole A. ★★★★★ — ELIM WATER started well but I now avoid it. The package quality has gone so poor. The plastic bottle is so thin and the cock cannot be opened. Had to throw away the bottle I just bought now, just as a few others before now. Their customer care line also is not picked. REGRETS😭
- David B. ★★★★★ — Good product, with Bad Attitude from Staff! I cannot speak for other branches, but Elim Water Factory at FCDA Scheme Extension III, Kubwa Abuja-FCT, is exceptionally “plagued” with a poor system efficiency and process flow. The customer service, from a significant number of staff, is undoubtedly VERY WRONG! Please, anonymously visit, to verify! The Unit responsible for loading water (especially the sachet water) and posting on the payment and validation system, are unusually ‘nonchalant’ and very ‘unresponsive’! Characterized with delays that are unnecessary. Except for a lady by name ‘Gladys’, who work at the payment point who, based on my assessment, is putting in her best and ensuring customers are provided with the requested services, using a modest ‘queue system’. Even with such efforts, her Operational Manager threatened her with a ‘sack’, right before the customer. Customers yelled at him (popularly referred to as ‘OM’). He did that to her because she refused keeping water for a customer that was yet to arrive, less of joining the “avoidable” long queue. She explained; despite his attempt to embarrass her right before the customers that were on the queue (under the hot Sun). Everyone defended her actions, and assessed it as ‘appropriate’ (despite the ‘sabotage’ on the delayed posting of all categories of water by other staff). She was making huge efforts on doing the right. Serving clients, based on “first-to-arrive”, “first-to-be-served”. Additionally (but sadly), there is a form of bullying (unethical) by senior staff to junior staff. Within few minutes of my stay, at two different service delivery points, I spotted two males verbally bullying two other female subordinates. Whoever owns this company needs to keep a close watch on the internal operations and staff attitude to customers. These staffs have no desire nor quest to look for opportunities for improvement (CQI). If there were key indicators tracked on daily basis, among other managerial actions and courage, things will change for good. It takes just one “dissatisfied customer” to bring a company to a close. The only rate-limiting phase, is TIME. Yes, TIME! With the above described attitudes by Elim members of staff, it could just be 20, 30, 40, or 50 years, that a potential competitor, somewhere someday, will close Elim Water! Thankfully, this is preventable, in this regard. But only if the Management or the owner of this company ACT. This is urgent! Above is coming from a concerned heart, who desires to see a change and improvement. Nothing else. Though, it might be bitter, the customer who gives feedback, desires your growth! David Barnabas
