and you will still see trucks going to load uptown a thousand packs but they won't even have any to sell to you.
I've gone there countless times to buy water they will tell me they don't have to sell and you'll see them producing and going to deliver but they won't even give you any, sometimes they might give you just 10 packs when you need about 50 packs and they'll tell you they can't give you more even when you're seeing the water loaded in the factory it's really sad and unfair
