What truly made the visit stand out was the excellent service from Victoria. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even more pleasant and memorable. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about the guests’ comfort.

My only quest was to obtain a hardcopy receipt. A simple mission, you would think. I asked for one. They smiled and assured me it would be “automatically sent by email.” Comforting—except no one could confirm which email. I insisted on a printed receipt, but the reception stood firm, guarding the printer as if it were a state secret.
Eventually, I surrendered and asked which email address they had on file. Answer: none. So the automatic email system was apparently operating on faith alone. I provided my email address, and now I wait, optimistic that somewhere, somehow, a receipt is bravely trying to find its way to me.
