Last weekend I bought an inverter and booked installation for 11am the following weekend (today). I chose this time because the use of the gen is rationed where I live. I specifically asked for an 11am installation slot to ensure installation is done by the time the gen comes on by noon. The gen is on for 30 minutes only.
It’s 11:46am, there is no staff of Simba Den at my house. The engineer they drafted to me is RUDE & DISMISSIVE. Elvis is his name. He casually told me he is at Lekki on site inspection and will be with me “when he is done.” No respect for my timing, regardless of the fact that I made this booking last week Saturday and followed up with a call and WhatsApp messages on TUESDAY this week.
This is beyond disgusting. Dorathy the customer service lady at the Victoria Arobieke store has been unhelpful through this ordeal.
