The building contains two rows of five lecture room tagged lecture theatre 101-105 and LT 202-205. The down floor has the Faculty of arts lecture rooms while the upper row is for the law faculty. The building also houses the physics and biochemistry laboratories underneath it and each floor has an accompanying restroom. However this building is quite old and needs alot of maintenance in other to have a better integrity...
