• Red R. ★★★★★ — I patronized this business with the hope of getting a dress that I could wear for an impromptu event. To my understanding, the dress was already available so I made payment. When I got to the store, It took me some minutes, close to an hour before i could even get to her when i did reach her, the person she put in the store was assigned to get me my dress but it wasn't what I paid for it was a different material. The finishings were poor and very low quality, very ugly material and I was just stunned and when I questioned them they told me that it was on their page that designs would come would likely come in different colours which i honestly didn't see, but even at that, good customer service would be showing me the designs before hand so I can make my choice but according to them, they didn't have enough manpower to do that. Which to me makes no sense if you really want to do business. That aside, the quality of the clothes advertised on their page is honestly different seeing it in person. The finishings are poor, thread loosing, Material is so weak it could easily be ripped of your body. I wanted to even make an exchange but I couldn't because the clothes in store are so ugly. The drapings are one material only My guess is the clothes she wears to advertise for her brand, are made in good quality while the customers gets low grade nonsense. If you know the money you are charging doesn't cover cost, why don't you increase the price and provide good quality clothes. Buyers beware..
• Lynda I. ★★★★★ — my experience with this brand was horrible. firstly, their timeline kept shifting from 2-5 days to 7-15days and i only found this our when i chased them up on IG. Secondly, communication was HORRIBLLEEEE! i had to initiate communicaiton and even send multiple messages before getting replies both on IG and whatsapp. Infact i didnt get any reply on whatsapp until about 2 weeks later. the delivery of my dress took a month after threatening! when the dress came it was horribly done, bad finishig, the couldnt even cut out the extra material with its numerous flyaways, and the shoulders and neckline of the dress kept shifting to one side..i had to tack it up myself for some balance. i actually really regret this purchase
