Quite a lot of effort was put into the church building itself to make it befitting for Christ's worship.
I'm a Catholic so, naturally, I felt the absence of the Tabernacle (bearing the Blessed Sacrament) as a great focal point of attention and prayer keenly, especially in such a place which aspired —in its physical structure— to such grandiose and depth as the Blessed Sacrament demands and confers. Being there helped me pray more —even in the days afterwards— for the true ecumenical effort of a union of all Christ's children in faith and worship.
Extra effort is needed in upgrading the road leading to the church and the facelift needed by the building —as all buildings require from time to time as part of their loving maintenance.
