Nesvilla G.★★★★★ — The very worst customer service, the very worst delivery service! They said they were gonna deliver a perfume in 2 days time and I waited! The second day I expected a call or a delivery, I didn't see anything. I called no one picked! I sent a message, they assured me I was gonna get the items, but the dispatch said I wasnt gonna get it until the next day and I had a flight to catch as early as 5:30am.. So I wouldn't be there to receive.. 10pm and I was still waiting cos I sent them a message the dispatch sent to me, they said they transferred the delivery already and would definitely deliver it to me that same day. Nothing came! Called and called no one picked or answered! I'm totally disappointed with such dishonesty as a first time customer. May God reward you guys 10 fold the inconvenience you guys made me go through.
