Awoyode S.★★★★★ — Affordable Housing Estate is a lovely estate or perhaps, a semi-estate if there is anything like that. Although, it has nice road network courtesy of the good legacy of the former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam El-Rufai who provided that with other amenities. However, the water, drainage and disposal system and some other amenities have been so poor that occupants have to buy water or dig boreholes. Another unpleasant thing here is that there is a lot abandoned buildings started and uncompleted by Government and also, there is a shorter and more comfortable road which could lead to town but has remained uncompleted for several years. However, the place is quite lovely and quiet to live.
