Femi B.★★★★★ — Can Yahuza ever go wrong? Little wonder it is still the best place to get suya and other related items in Abuja! I love the different natural juices available now not just yoghurt.
Ikenna E.★★★★★ — It's one of the biggest grilled meat franchises up North here, you can get great tasting amd relatively affordable quick bites. Also depending on the time of the day you can expect between 5 - 20 minutes for your order, you absolutely can't go wrong buying from here.
Fatima Z.★★★★★ — My visit was to Ibro fish signature, after all the hype, I had to visit to experience what it feels like.
I ordered online about 2 hours before getting there. When I got there my order was ready but I wasn't served the tilapia fish I had ordered instead I was given a cat fish. I complained and they changed it after waiting for another 15 minutes.
When the tea was served, I was given a cracked glass to use 😆 😆 it tasted different from the one I had been enjoying at the other outlet close to ministry of mines and steel. They added too much of a particular spice that swallowed all other spices, no ginger taste in it, I just didn't feel good about it. I was hoping the fish would come out better than the tea and I will be satisfied.
When the fish arrived, the dressing was superb but it didn't taste as sweet as a marinated fish. I felt like causing a scene but I didn't want to embarrass the guest I was with. How can fish be tasting like a yam? Plain without the sweetness that protein is known for. My experience at signature wasn't good so if I have to visit there again, I will stick to the branch close to ministry of mines and steel.
Kim W.★★★★★ — Food was really good, perfect spice level for a foreigner palate. We had several options and they were all really delicious. Sorry no pictures, next time I visit will be sure to add pictures. Atmosphere was great as well, to hand out chat and play games.
Hirhyel H.★★★★★ — Not a clean spot, but the food is nice. The main spot still is always the best imo.
There’s seating and drink/fruit vendors.
Shammah G.★★★★★ — If not for the weird parking space and its hiddenness, I will be coming here in the evening, morning tomorrow and the say after. Lovely meats. Fresh vegetables. A little more hygienic than everywhere I have been to yet.
Yahuza is a national chain and they keep their standard
Adedamola A.★★★★★ — Totally unorganized, chaotic, and rowdy place. The food ordering process needs a lot work. It's also equipped with cueless non challant runners. I eat here on a Sunday and the disorganisation left me wondering if I will ever come here again. The food is nice though
Iheanyi I.★★★★★ — Yakoyo Restaurant is a very aesthetically pleasing spot — warm, colorful, and inviting from the moment you walk in. They have a wide variety of food offerings, which makes it easy to find something that suits your taste.
The prices are quite affordable, which is a big plus, especially considering the ambiance and setting. However, the service could definitely be improved. The staff could be a bit more attentive and prompt to create a smoother dining experience.
Overall, Yakoyo is a nice place to grab a good meal without breaking the bank — great atmosphere, decent food, and lots of potential if the service gets a little polish.
Hady D.★★★★★ — Simply the best suya in town. They have several branches. (Zone 5, wuse 2, gwarimpa, asokoro etc) its second to none.
wise C.★★★★★ — It is mostly suya based and masa inclusive. They have varieties of meat, mostly chicken and cow suya meat... It's a cool place to hang out for your suya cravings
Matina E.★★★★★ — No more a play stations for kids, now a hang out and restaurant settings, more of launges, art studio, for sip and paint.
All the rides are gone, only entries with a class.
No selling of ticket, is now open to visitors. All you see is cafes, art studios and restaurants
kabiru U.★★★★★ — The place offers nice Arabia Tea with a distinguished selection of quality teas and serves as an ideal location for a peaceful and enjoyable gathering.
Ifeanyi O.★★★★★ — Suya and Co Abuja hit the spot with their Grilled Mixed Platter. The Chicken Taouk was tender, and the Beef Kafta was flavorful. Those chicken wings? Finger-lickin' good. The Hummus and Masa made perfect sidekicks, while the cheese-filled Yam Balls with Dynamite Sauce was a standout - crispy outside, gooey inside.
The staff were on point - friendly and attentive without hovering. The vibe was chill, great for a casual dinner with friends. Best part? We didn't have to wait ages for our food. The side of rice was a bit meh, but overall, solid spot for a satisfying meal. Will be back to try more of their menu for sure.
Jo'★★★★★ — We had a mix platter Suya with chicken and beef with masala to accompany it and few drinks, soft. The masala, beef and chicken was like it was out of the fridge, everything would have been lovely if you get small heat from the food. My friend was trying out masala for the first time but it was disappointing that the food was interesting anymore and I was struggling to finish it.
The chef wanted to remedy his image after he noticed our complaints by giving a complementary taste of whatever TF they served us with but it was hot and it taste really good. I enjoyed that one better than the mix platter we had.
We had more than our fill and couldn't move after eating thanks to the cold meal. We had to enjoy the Senegal vs Cameron AFCON 2024 game thank to our very own Onana before leaving but if I do happen to go there again, if it's not hot, I ain't paying but I won't recommend having something that cold. A roadside suya platter would taste better than that.
John R.★★★★★ — I enjoyed the whole experience. Chicken suya 5* cold Guinness 5* waterfall view 5* add a Nigeria sunset and it's a 6* dinner experience!
mohammad A.★★★★★ — When it comes to meat you’ve got meat and you’ve got MEAT!!! This is definitely one of the oldest and best location for stick meat in the capital city, the taste is amazing, the texture is to drool a bucket for, if you u love meat or chewing in general you really can’t let this be a story someone tells you, as a matter of fact I’m going back for more 😬
