From the disgusting bed linen to the old and chacol cookware to the leaking shower. They tie you with a no refund policy to make money while the client surfer. Firstly, the apartment cleaning is satisfactory, but there are several areas that need significant improvement.
1. At check-in, I was instructed to sign another document and provide my ID, despite having already done so through the link I received for document upload. There was no mention in the email of a check-in list of required items.
2. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the rooms are not ensuite. This crucial detail should have been clearly stated in your advertisement.
3. The most infuriating aspect is the absence of soap in both the kitchen and especially the bathroom. How is this acceptable? When I inquired with Joke, the property manager, she casually mentioned that bathroom soap is not provided. Absurd! How are guests expected to wash their hands?
4. The pillow on the bed lacks a sheet cover, and the bedsheet fails to adequately cover the bed. No paper towel to dry hands.
5. The WiFi is atrocious. We can't even load Netflix or watch anything on TV.
6. The water heater was not working and no one cared to checked it out
I really hope you or your management reads this email and provide some detailed explanations.
