Several areas of my home were left uncleaned or poorly cleaned — including behind the fridge and water dispenser, where dirt and rat droppings were still visible. The balcony was not cleaned at all. Some of my household items went missing after the team left, and a few items were damaged. I also had to pay extra for people to pack the trash because the team refused to assist. I treated the workers kindly, fed them, and even gave them items they asked for, but the service delivered did not match what was promised. When I contacted the management to resolve the issues, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. This was not the professional cleaning standard I was assured of, and I definitely did not get value for my money . Thank you for responding. For clarity, I stand by my original review. Some areas of the house were not cleaned properly or touched at all, and I had to redo parts of the cleaning myself. No missing items were “found” during the revisit — the missing packet hair, glass cup, buckets, and broom were not returned to me. Trash removal was not offered as part of the service, despite the amount paid, and I had to personally pay for people to remove the trash because I was alone with my children. Claims about decluttering, number of trash bags, and prior damage do not reflect what actually happened in my home. I raised these issues immediately and tried repeatedly to resolve them privately, but responsibility was denied. This review reflects my genuine experience as a paying customer.
