From the warm welcome to the impeccable housekeeping and top-notch amenities, everything was handled with true professionalism. The apartment was spotless, the environment was peaceful, and the service was consistently on point. We honestly felt like VIP guests.
A special mention to the management and security team — my husband accidentally left his laptop in our room as we rushed to catch our flight, and we didn’t realize until we were already far away. They kept it safe and secure without any worry. When I returned to town to pick it up, it was handed to me exactly as he left it. That level of trust and integrity is rare!
