First off all they confirmed order without checking their available stock, after getting payment they reverted that thyme is not available.
And finally we reveced 1 rosemary in good condition and 2 pots with mud and soil.
It's 24 hrs since I reported but they never did anything till now.
Completely unprofessional and useless service.
