I went to the office about two weeks ago and was told it was at the head office. I requested it be delivered to their office which is close to mine so I wouldn't have to come all the way back to Ojuelegba to pick the phone and was promised they would let me know once this was done. I have yet to hear from them till date.
If you read your reviews @Samsung, you can do better please. This is most unacceptable and this complaint is frequent but it appears you can't be bothered to change this behaviour. Very disappointing.
