Also, I think there were no security personnel on sight, which bothered me so much for the period I shopped there. Yes, it's a busy place, and safety of people and properties should have been prioritised, but I don't think it really matters to those managing this place.

Their process is really organized and quite refined so they're able to cover probably 200-300 captures and collections in a day.
Also, best strategy is to get there latest by 6:30am so you can be amongst the first to be attended to.
There's a catch though, you need an agent(1 of their staff) that'll help you with documentation and also document recovery
