• Ede O. ★★★★★ — It had been a while I had pizza, almost 3 years now. I decided to treat myself on this beautiful Sunday evening to pizza. First, I climbed the stairs to Cold stone to buy brownies to have while I sit and wait for my pizza order. The staircase was very close to the toilet and had no windows, imagine the smell that greeted me. Terrible!!!! When I returned downstairs to place my order for the pizza, the customer service of the attendant was like he was forced to be there. Not a problem to me because I’m used to the type. I ordered for chicken pizza because the options were limited. The prep time was very quick, less than 3 minutes. Not surprising, being that I was served 5 little cubes of chicken and little cheese on dry, baked dough. I had planned to eat in but the place was so so hot, I couldn’t even relax. The air conditioners weren’t working. I forced myself to finish two slices, stood up and left so disappointed. What an experience! I had to ask the security man at the exit if he cared for the pizza and I gave him the box of pizza. Needless to say, I will never return. It’s one thing to start a business, it’s another thing to manage it. Some owners don’t care about the day to day running of the business, all they care about is the money. It’s plain robbery! You pay for something and you get something else instead.
