I struggled to get a room because I forgot to book before my visit but the male receptionist was so kind to inform me when a room became available.
Well,my friend and i were embarrassed by the female receptionist.
I've always stayed here with my partner and when ever we are leaving, we've never been asked to stay back for our room to get checked but I experienced it in this last visit.
Does it mean that females are always theft suspects? She didn't even apologize and I was in a hurry to even demand an answer for being treated horribly.
