I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I paid over ₦200,000 for a custom-made dress and an additional ₦67000 for international shipping to Canada. I was informed production would take four weeks due to the intricate process, which I accepted, and I clearly communicated that the dress was needed before Christmas. After waiting over five weeks, I received the wrong dress (a midi instead of the mini I ordered). Even worse, the garment was poorly constructed — the seams were not finished, and the fabric began unraveling on first wear. This points to a serious lack of quality control. When I contacted the brand, I was told a replacement would not arrive in time and was asked to return the defective, incorrect item at my own expense, with no offer to cover return shipping or provide an adequate resolution. For a so-called slow fashion brand charging premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Between the incorrect order, defective craftsmanship, missed timeline, and refusal to take responsibility, this was a costly and frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering, especially for time-sensitive occasions or international delivery.
