I dropped my device over a complain, I called and even dropped texts. Only for me to call today being 7/08/2025. She declined all 9calls intentinally claiming to be busy. I just wanted to know if my smartwatch watches was fixed and ready for pick up, but she disappointed me with her irritating attitude.
I kept asking via text on WhatsApp "pls is my smartwatch fixed yet"?
She just kept mute, even after telling her that I'll report this attitude online, she said she doesn't care.
Please Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo, if u can see this, the female branch manager of Airways apapa will be tarnish the imag of your outlet... I decided to report this publicly because I felt really bad the way she treated me and for many others like me. Even old folks that walk into your outlet, they are rudely attended to. Is this what u want?
So many others have experienced such harshness and they all talked back at her, but I came here knowing my cry will be heard.
