On February 20th, we received an order of porridge beans and plantain from you, and unfortunately, the food was spoiled.
We immediately informed your dispatch rider and asked that the food be picked up and returned. However, he was told not to send it back. I also sent a private message on Instagram to formally complain and was assured that someone would get back to me shortly, but no one ever did.
