The only saving grace they have is that it’s an online store no physical store else…
Bukola O.★★★★★ — just all round terrible service. After 2 years of shopping with them they still have no empathy, customer service or heart. Horrible place to shop. I placed an order on the website and sent a dm on ig to ask nicely that the rider delivers on or before 5pm whenever he was coming to do so. The CSR replied with “we do not guarantee delivery time. You can send a rider to pick up if you are pressed for time”. Mind you I never said I was pressed for time. I was simply trying to avoid late night deliveries as I had gotten many times. A simple” we will do our best to get it to you in time” would have sufficed. 2 days later the rider calls me by 10pm to come outside my gate to pick up. I get there already annoyed that exactly what I wanted to avoid is what had happened, but I still went. Getting outside the rider was no where to be found. I was outside my gate for 20 mins waiting for him to locate me and giving descriptions back and forth. Rider comes to me after another 20 mins telling me I gave the wrong address meanwhile he went to the wrong estate. No apologies.just plain “i am tired”. I messaged them on ig still no response. The next thing I leave them is big insult because what rubbish. Never again will I shop with them.
