Unfortunately, I have had a terrible customer service experience, something I have never encountered in the six years I have been patronising your products.
In November, I ordered the Hydrating Face Cream and Ultra Potent Serum. Before making payment, I specifically asked if the items would be delivered by the end of November, and I was assured that they would be. Since then, I have made numerous calls and have been repeatedly passed around by staff at the Banex branch. On several occasions, my calls were disconnected, with excuses of poor network coverage.
I have spoken with Damilola, only received empty promises. Presently she does take my calls, I have also sent emails without any response. I have been the one consistently calling and following up, with no resolution.
At this point, it has been two months. I am no longer interested in using your products and would like a full refund of all the products i paid for immediately. I should not have to beg for items I have already paid for.
