1. Standby generator was always started on time, during public power failure
2. Rooms are clean.
3. Parking space is adequate.
4. Location is prime.
The bad
1. No backup supply, which meant frequent stop and start of Internet and TV
2. Management is poor, as complaints are never attended to. For instance, door of one of the toilets, is broken from inside. A dangerous situation that could lead to one being locked in, without possibility of discovery until housekeeping. This was reported from day 1, but never got fixed. Microwave socket doesn't work, unless you push and hold. Only one gas burner worked. All these were reported with nothing done.
3. Somehow the bedrooms are connected via stabilisers, while the sitting room isn't. So, the AC and lights in the sitting room don't cool and flicker. You would constantly hear the compressor struggling to start.
4. The Internet was slow and cuts off, regularly. One keeps having to reboot to keep watching, until you simply give up.
5. Intercom doesn't work and there's no door bell.
The facilities are adequate, but a strong management is required to turn it into a service oriented place. Simply providing backup power, so that equipment don't go through hard shutdown during power failure, will serve the facility well. If not, costly damages will be incurred.
